RUSSIA
Raevsky Sugar Plant has completed the processing of sugar beets. The plant has produced total 75 000 tons of sugar, 15 000 tons of granulated pulp and 20 000 tons of molasses.

Group of companies "Tkacheva Agrocomplex" has produced 390.3 thousand tons of sugar in the 2021-2022 season, which is 40% more than a year earlier.332,000 tons of sugar were produced from own raws, the press service of the holding reports. In 2021, the sugar beet crop acreage amounted to over 41 thousand hectares. The gross harvest of root crops collected made more than 2 million tons, which is 40% higher vs. year 2020. The average yield made 50.6 MT/ha (+13.9 MT vs previous season). In 2022, Agrocomplex plans to increase the area under sugar beet crops by 5% or 1.9 thousand hectares.
UKRAINE
If the gas price does not change in the near future, sugar production in Ukraine will become unprofitable, according to Anatoly Kuzmenko, co-owner of the Agrovista group of companies.
KYRGYZSTAN
In 11 months of 2021, Kyrgyzstan imported 44,941.1 tons of sugar, according to the National Statistics Committee. Including from:
- Russia — 21,138.8 tons.
- Brazil — 9,999.8 tons
- Azerbaijan – 7,031.7 tons.
- Kazakhstan – 3,821.4 tons.
- Belarus — 1,830.8 tons.
- Poland – 862.1 tons.
