RUSSIA

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the average selling price from producers for sugar is RUR 36.04/kg as of June 09, 2021 (probably, this figure refers only to shipments within the quota of 1 million tons for retail supplies - Sugar.Ru). A further increase of self-sufficiency level and the maintenance of stable prices for sugar will be facilitated by the expansion of sown areas for sugar beets this year, which will allow to obtain over 6 million tons of sugar, the Ministry of Agriculture reports.

According to Ukrstat the average selling price index increased by 0.5%, in May 2021. compared to the previous month, the consumer price index for sugar in the country since the beginning of the year (vs. December 2020) have increased by 20.9%, and on an annualized basis (by May 2020) - by 67.2% ...

KYRGYZSTAN

By order of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation, the maximum trade mark-up for sugar is set at 10% for the entire link before retail sale, of which 5% is left to the supplier, 5% - to the store.
