UKRAINE
As of September 25, 2019 a total volume of 1,095.4 thousand tons of beets was processed and 145.9 thousand tons of beet sugar produced, Ukrtsukor reports.
BELARUS
By September 26, 2019, sugar beet was harvested from an area of 29.1 thousand hectares or 31% of the area sown (in 2018 - 26.7 thousand hectares), Sugar.Ru was informed in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus. About 1317.1 thousand MT (in 2018 - 1134 thousand MT) of beets were collected, with an average yield of 45.27 MT/ha (in 2018 – 42.51 MT/ha). The beet sugar content in the republic is 16.36% versus 16.27% for the same date last year.

Sugar stocks with the industrial enterprises amounted to 26.0 thousand tons as of September 1, 2019, which is 63.4% less than it was as of the first day of the last month, the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Belarus reported.
