RUSSIA
According to Rosstat data, processed by Sugar.Ru, the sale of sugar by large and medium wholesale organizations decreased over the month by 17.61% and has made 255789.6 MT in December 2018 (in previous month - 310454.7 MT, in December 2017 - 299911.0 MT)
KYRGYZSTAN
According to data by Statkom of Kyrgyzstan, analyzed by Sugar.Ru, sugar production decreased over the month by 12.79% in December 2018 and has made 25444.8 tons (in previous month - 29175.4 tons, in December 2017 - 23732.2 tons, in December 2016 - 9577.9 tons). Total 122489 tons of sugar have been produced in January-December 2018 (in January-December 2017 - 102506 tons).
UKRAINE
Agropromholding Astarta-Kiev reduced sugar sales volume from 110.92 thousand tons in the fourth quarter of 2017 to 52.56 thousand tons in the fourth quarter of 2018. The average consumer price of sugar decreased by 14% to UAH 9 590/MT. Astarta-Kiev completed the sugar-making season with 352 thousand tons of sugar produced, according to the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
