Last week, sellers were the first who took step back in the confrontation between sellers and buyers. Starting from Monday, prices are steadily declining. Large companies officially keep the bar at 37 rubles/kg, but in fact some are ready to go down, as buyers say, to 36 rubles/kg. This is quite logical, given the presence on the market of the so-called "collective farm sugar" for 36.2-36.5 rubles/kg. The supply of sugar in the regions deducting the railway tariff also shows the price level of 36.0-36.5 rubles/kg.
