RUSSIA
According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Sugar.ru, in June 2018 Russia has exported 339.3 thousand tons of molasses. According to the results of 6 months of molasses export campaign, Russia has shipped out 339.3 thousand tons (in 2017 - 213.0 thousand MT; in 2016 - 178.1 thousand MT). In the period January - June 2018, the main countries importers of molasses from Russia were TURKEY (49.92%) and SPAIN (16.06%).
KYRGYZSTAN
According to the analysis of data by the Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, conducted by Sugar.Ru, for July 2018 average consumer sugar prices were 48.16 KGS / kg (-2.62% compared to the previous month, +0.54% YTD and -18.59% by July 2017) or 43.91 rubles / kg at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the middle of the reporting month
UKRAINE
The prolonged rains pouring in Vinnytsia region added weight to the sugar beet, but reduced the sugar content to 12-14%, the regional administration reports.
