According to Rosstat data, processed by Sugar.Ru, the sale of sugar by large and medium-sized wholesale organizations increased to 310598.57 tons in May 2018 (+ 12.64% against the previous month and + 87.65% against May of last year).

UKRAINE
According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, conducted by Sugar.Ru, exports of white sugar (HS code 170199) amounted to 205,890 tons in the 4 months (January-April 2018), in April only – 41,777 tons. Import of white sugar (HS code 170199) has made 391 tons, in April – 114 tons. The largest importers of white sugar from Ukraine are Uzbekistan (73,654 tons), Turkey (33,342 tons), Great Britain (33,342 tons), Libya (13,720 tons) and Sri Lanka (12,821 tons).
