RUSSIA

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS, in March 2018 Russia has exported 187.8 thousand tons of molasses. According to the results of 3 months of molasses export campaign, Russia has shipped out 187.8 thousand tons (in 2017 - 90.2 thousand MT; in 2016 - 88.5 thousand MT). In the period January - March 2018, the main countries importers of molasses from Russia were TURKEY (55.08%) and SPAIN (9.48%).

AZERBAIJAN

According to the customs service of Azerbaijan, sugar exports amounted to 5 thousand tons in April 2018, hence, in just 4 months of 2018 - 12.1 thousand tons (in 2017 - 20.9 thousand tons). Imports of sugar and raw sugar in April amounted to 1.7 thousand tons in January-April 2018 - 19.1 thousand tons (in 2017 - 102.4 thousand tons).

BELARUS

According to the analysis of Statkom of the Republic of Belarus, conducted by Sugar.Ru, production of sugar increased over the month by 24000.00% in April 2018 and has made 24.1 thousand MT (in the previous month - 0.1 thousand MT, in April 2017 - 53.5 thousand MT). Production of sugar by January-April 2018 decreased compared to the same period last year by 42,35% and has made 66 thousand MT (in 2017 - 115 thousand MT).
