RUSSIA
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, sugar beet was collected from the area of 1 025.8 thousand hectares (92.4% of total acreage) by November 10, 2016; bulk harvest has reached 47.3 million tons with the average yield of 46.14 MT/ha.

Voronezh confectionery factory (CCF) has signed a deal with "Rusagro-Sugar" and "Prodimex" for total value of RUR 700 thousand, the press service of the CCF reported.
KYRGYZSTAN
According to the statistic committee of Kyrgyzstan, the consumer prices for refined sugar in the country have decreased by 2.1% in October 2016; whereas comparing year on year values (vs. October 2015) - have not changed.
BELARUS
According to the statistic committee of Belarus, the consumer prices for refined sugar increased by 0.24% in Belarus in October 2016; from the beginning of the year the growth has made 21.96%. In October the average consumer price of sugar was 17 271 Belarus rubles per 1 kg (or RUR 57.34/kg at the current rate of the Central Bank of Russia).
UKRAINE
From the beginning of the season, the sugar industry has processed 8.63 million tons of sugar beet and has produced 1 266 300 tons of sugar by November 10, 2016, according to "Ukrtsukor".
TAJIKISTAN
According to railway cargo monitoring data by Sugar.Ru, in 10 months of 2016 Tajikistan has received 11,800 tons of white sugar (in 2015 - 8900 tons) by rail transit Russian. The main volume of sugar arrived from Ukraine (60%)
