According to Soyuzrossakhar’ figures dated November 8, 2016 the country has harvested 1,017,900 ha (91.7% of crop area), bulk harvest 46.8 million tons with an average yield of 46.0 MT/ha.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, sugar beet was collected from the area of 1.0 million ha or 91.5% of crop acreage as of November 8, 2016.
UKRAINE
By November 8, 2016 the Ukrainian sugar refineries have received 9.36 million tons of sugar beet; have processed 8.32 million tons of which 1221.0 thousand tons of sugar was produced, according to "Ukrtsukor". Total sugar beet area harvested makes 238 thousand hectares (82% of crop acreage) with 11,358,000 tons collected at the average yield of 47.6 MT/ha, reports the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

According to the statistic committee, sugar prices from manufacturers increased by 3.4% in October 2016, while year-on-year (October 2016 to October 2015) - by 4.7%. Consumer prices for sugar increased by 1.5%; year on year increase October 2016 to October 2015) has made 7.6%.
ARMENIA
In October 2016 the average consumer price of sugar increased by 2.9%, according to ArmStat.
