According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-October 2023, conducted by Sugar.Ru, import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 1K MT (24.0% compared to the same period in 2022), export - 364K MT (503.0% compared to the same period in 2022). For October 2023 import of sugar has made 85,0 MT, export - 76,2K MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Poland (33.7%), France (32.7%), Germany (7.5%), Other countries (26.1%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (30.2%), Italy (13.9%), Bulgaria (10.4%), Other countries (45.5%).
