According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-July 2023, conducted by Sugar.Ru, import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 981 MT (20.0% compared to the same period in 2022), export - 251K MT (975.0% compared to the same period in 2022). For July 2023 import of sugar has made 46,0 MT, export - -22,0 MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Poland (41.6%), France (29.8%), Germany (5.9%), Other countries (22.7%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (27.2%), Italy (11.9%), Bulgaria (10.8%), Other countries (50.1%).
