RUSSIA
According to Rosstat information processed by Sugar.ru, Russia produced 1.7 million tons of white sugar in October 2018 (+ 2.5% by October 2017).

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, as of November 19, 2018, sugar beet was harvested from an area of 1092.43 thousand hectares or 98.52% of the area sown (in 2017 – 1124.77 thousand hectares). Bulk harvest of 41.05 million tons was collected (in 2017 – 48.53 million tons), with average yield of 37.58 MT/ha (in 2017 – 43.14 MT/ha).

UKRAINE
Ukrtsukor reports, as of November 19, 2018, total 9.83 million tons of beets were processed and 1307.4 thousand tons of sugar produced at 40 sugar factories operating in the season.
BELARUS
According to figures by the Federal Customs Service of Belarus, analyzed by Sugar.Ru, in 9 months (January - September) 2018:
- export of white sugar in solid state (HS code 170199) has made 292.0 thousand MT (87.90% compared to the same period in 2017); import - 51406.0 MT (139.70% compared to the same period in 2017)
- export of molasses (HS code 1703) has made 58608.0 MT (up 3.3 times compared to the same period in 2017); import - 7059.0 MT (89.10% compared to the same period in 2017)
- export of beet pulp (HS code 230320) has made 16707.0 MT (107.70% compared to the same period in 2017); import - 11060.0 kg (14.90% compared to the same period in 2017)
