Sugar beet was harvested from 97.8% of the area by November 12, 2015; collected total 3,321,600 tons of sugar beet, sucrose content in the new crop makes 16.64% at acceptance, according to Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus. According to "Belsahar", by the same date, the sugar enterprises of Belarus have processed 2217.0 thousand tons of sugar beet from which 301,600 tons of white sugar were produced.
