Russian sugar import from non-CIS countries has reached US$ 25 mln in September 2015, according the Russia Customs Service.
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated October 13, 2015, total 33 vessels have been nominated to carry 1072230 MT of raw cane sugar in 2015 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 921580 MT from 29 vessels, based on sugar.ru data.
According to railway cargo monitoring data by Sugar.Ru, the volume of sugar delivered to Turkmenistan transit Russia by rail has made 4400 tons in January-September. Almost all of the volume was delivered from Ukraine.
According to the National Statistics Committee of Belarus, the consumer price of sugar has made average Br 12 540 per 1 kg in September 2015, (RUR 44.78/kg at the current rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBR)), which is Br 98 higher than a month ago.
According to the National Statistics Committee of Kyrgyzstan, the average consumer price of sugar has made 53.85 Kyrgyz Soms per 1 kg in September 2015 (or RUR 47.52/kg at the current rate of CBR).

TURKMENISTAN
