RUSSIA
According to the regional Agriculture departments, sugar industry of Krasnodar region has processed over 3.2 million tons of sugar beet and has produced over 400 thousand tons of sugar and over 93 thousand tons of dried pulp as of September 11. In Saratov region (by September 14) the volume of sugar beet harvested has made 50 thousand tons with an average yield of 32.5 MT/ha. Local Balashov sugar mill has processed 40,000 tons of beet and has produced 4 500 tons of sugar. In Belgorod region (by September 14), sugar beet was harvested from 20% of the crop area (13 306 hectares); bulk harvest makes 265 700 tons; 463,400 tons of beet delivered to processing facilities; the average yield makes 34.8 MT/ha. In the Republic of Mordovia sugar beet was harvested from an area of 9 415 hectares with 349 580 tons collected; the average yield is 37.1 MT/ha. In Stavropol region the processing facilities of "Stavropolsahar" have received 157 000 tons of sugar beet including 148 200 tons processed. According to the monitoring data by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated September 14, sugar beet was harvested from an area of 196 100 hectares (19.2%); total 7.6 million MT collected with average yields of 38.98 MT/ha. On September 7 there were 53 plants processing sugar beets; the total volume of beet processed has reached 4 824 400 MT; 639 600 MT of refined beet sugar produced. The wholesale price of sugar decreased by 1.9% whereas retail prices increased by 0.3% in a week September 1–7. In January-July 2015 the production of sugar in the country has made 638.9 thousand tons.

Group "Razguliay" resumes operation of "Krivets-sugar" plant (Kursk region) from September 10, following the modernization of the enterprise. The planned volume of sugar beet to be processed in the new season is about 380 thousand tons, the daily processing capacity on sugar beet should amount to about 3 500 tons in 2015.
UKRAINE
Ukraine has exported sugar valued US$ 4.025 million in August; imports have made US$ 0.071 million dollars, according to the State Fiscal Service. The main importer of sugar in August was Kazakhstan (US$ 1.705 million). In January-August Ukraine has exported sugar worth US$ 42.043 million; imports have reached US$ 0.867

Cherkassy region has started harvesting sugar beet. The acreage harvested makes 1 100 hectares, bulk harvest of beet makes 35 500 tons, including 32 thousand tons already delivered to processing facilities. The average yield makes 32.1 MT/ha. The total crop area in the region makes 10.9 thousand hectares.
BELARUS
Sugar beet was harvested from an area of 12,100 hectares (12.1%) by September 14, 2015, reported the Ministry of Agriculture of Belarus. Bulk harvest makes 315,400 tons, with yields of 26.07 MT/ha. The content of sucrose in beet makes 17.6%.
