RUSSIA
In Krasnodar region, from the beginning of the season factories have processed almost 3 million tons of sugar beet and have produced 388 thousand tons of sugar and 88 thousand tons of dried beet pulp, according to the regional Ministry of Agriculture. By September 09, in region sugar beet was harvested from an area of 58.8 thousand hectares (38%).

The Russian consumer prices for sugar increased by 0.3% in the week of September 01 to 07 2015; while from the beginning of the year (from the end of December 2014.) the prices grew by 18.9%, according to Rosstat.

According to price monitoring by sugar.ru, the dollar exchange value has increased by 1.4% in the period from September 03 to September 10, 2015 (on Sep. 03 the rate was US$ 1= RUR 66.68; on Sep 10 US$ 1= RUR 67.62). Moscow RUR price of sugar fell by RUR 0.80/kg (-1.83%), Krasnodar price fell by RUR 0.90 /kg (-2.16%). Moscow US dollar equivalent price of sugar fell by $ 0.021/kg (- 3.21%), in Krasnodar price has dropped by $ 0.022/kg (- 3.52%).
UKRAINE
Ukrainian exports of water with sugar have reduced to 6977 tons in August, against 10,445 tons in July, reports State Fiscal

The National Association of Sugar Producers "Ukrtsukor" considers that wholesale sugar price at least 16-16,6 UAH per 1kg is the fair price in the domestic Ukrainian market under the condition of stabilization of the national currency, and predicts a reduction of sugar production at 43-47% or 0.9-1 million tons to 1.1-1.2 million tons in the season 2015/2016.
BELARUS
According to the National Statistics Committee of Belarus, the consumer prices for sugar have grown by 0.5% in August 2015, from the beginning of the year the total increase has reached 17.9%.
KAZAKHSTAN
According to the national Kazakh Customs Control Committee, Kazakhstan has imported 10.4 thousand tons of sugar confectionery (HS code 1704) in January-July 2015, and has exported 2891.5 tons of sugar confectionery.
