According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-February 2024, conducted by Sugar.Ru, import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 419 MT (306.0% compared to the same period in 2023), export - 132K MT (174.0% compared to the same period in 2023). For February 2024 import of sugar has made 76,0 MT, export - 75,2K MT. The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (43.8%), France (28.3%), United Kingdom (7.2%), Other countries (20.7%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Italy (19.0%), Czech Republic (10.8%), Bulgaria (10.4%), Other countries (59.9%).
