RUSSIA
LLC "Mezhregioninvest" reports on bidding for the sale of property of "Sugar Zolotukhino" in electronic form. Bidding form: open auction. The subject of the auction is the immovable, movable property, equipment manufacturing, constructions, and claims of "Sugar Zolotukhino".

"TopAuktsion" LLC informs about re-auction on the sale of property of the debtor of "Giray Kuban sugar" to be conducted in electronic form and scheduled for April 5, 2016 at 11h00. The first auction, which was due to happen on February 3, 2016, was declared invalid due to lack of applications.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the country has collected 37.6 million tons of sugar beet as of February 8 (in 2014 – 33.5 million tons of sugar beet). Wholesale price of sugar has decreased by 4.3%, retail has increased by 1.2% in the period February 2–8, 2016. Imports of raw sugar in January 2016 are 9.4 times less than the same period in 2014.

Gryazinsky sugar factory has started the reconstruction of the main technological processes in order to increase performance up to DC 6 thousand tons on beet, according to the regional administration. The completion of the modernization is planned for 2020.
UKRAINE
Authorities in Ternopol region are planning to resume the operation of the two local sugar factories - Chertkovsky and Zbarazh. According to the head of the region Mr. Stepan Barna, negotiations are being carried out with possible creditor companies, in particular, with "Prominvestbank."
KYRGYZSTAN
The Kyrgyz government has instructed its authorized representatives in the regions implement the recommended structure of cultivated land in terms of balance of crops for the harvest in 2016. It is planned that the area of sugar beet in Kyrgyzstan will amount to 9800 ha total in 2016.
