RUSSIA
According to the Government of the Penza region, local farmers will harvest total 47.5 thousand hectares of sugar beet this season.

Sugar beet processing will be carried out at 14 out of the 16 sugar factories in Krasnodar region (Timashevsky Kurganinsky and sugar factories will stay idle) in the upcoming 2015 juice extracting season, according to Soyuzrossahar. The launch of regional sugar mills is scheduled to start from July 28. Preparation of sugar mills for the new season is almost completed.
UKRAINE
Agricultural enterprises of Ukraine (excluding the Crimea and Sevastopol) have sold 113.3 thousand tons of sugar in June, which is 9.2% more than in May 2015, according to the State Statistics Service. In January-June 2015 agricultural enterprises have sold total 503.6 thousand tons of sugar, which is 46.2% more than during the same period in 2014.
BELARUS
According to the National Statistics Committee of Belarus, the national volume of sugar production has made 743.9 thousand tons total by the end of 2014, which is 12% less than 2013 (853.1 thousand tons), including manufacture by region:
- Brest - 160 thousand tons;
- Grodno - 163.4 thousand tons;
- Minsk - 420.2 thousand tons;
- Mogilev - 0.2 thousand tons.
Exports of sugar from Belarus in 2014 have reached 400.3 thousand tons, which is 22.4% less than in 2013 (516 100 MT).
Sugar exports by regions of the republic:
- Brest - 80,8 thousand tons;
- Grodno - 71,7 thousand tons;
- Minsk - 247 thousand tons;
It was also reported that the index of prices for sugar from manufacturers in 2014 (December to December of the previous year) has grown by 23.1%.
