RUSSIA
According to Rosstat, consumer prices for sugar in Russia have decreased by 1.6% in June 2015. From the beginning of the year the growth of consumer sugar prices in the country has made 9.4%.

BELARUS
According to “Belsahar”, the Association of Sugar Producers, from the beginning of the year and as of July 8, 2015 the sugar factories have received 150.0 thousand tons of raw sugar cane, from which they have processed 114,700 tons and have produced 112,600 tons of sugar.
ARMENIA
In Armenia, the consumer prices for sugar fell by 0.5% in May 2015 compared to the previous month, the National Statistical Service reports. In Yerevan – the capital of the republic – the decline was 0.1%. On an annual basis (June 2015 to June 2014), the consumer prices for sugar have increased by 3.3%.
KAZAKHSTAN
According to the Customs Control Committee of Kazakhstan, the country has imported over 61 thousand tons of sugar in the solid state (HS code 1701) in January-May 2015, which is 57.3% less than in January-May 2014. The total cost amounted to US$ 34,089,000. The CIS countries account for 25328 tons of total imports, and the rest of the countries – 36 305 tons.
UKRAINE
Ukraine exported sugar worth total 4.302 million US dollars in June, while imports amounted to 0.083 million US dollars, according to the State Fiscal Service. The main importer of sugar in June is Romania (1,430 million US dollars). In January-June 2015 Ukraine exported sugar for the total value of 33,256,000 dollars; imports have made 0.684 million US dollars. In 2014 Ukraine exported sugar for total US$ 3.049 million, imports made US$ 1.236 million.

According to the State Statistics Service, the price of sugar from producers has increased by 4% in June 2015; from the beginning of the year the total growth made 33.3%.
