RUSSIA
Arbitration courts in Moscow, Tambov and Voronezh regions have accepted for consideration the applications by "Rusagro-Sugar" for the recovery of about RUR 200 million of debts from the affiliates of "United Confectioners". In late April, the largest producers of sugar "Prodimex" and "Rusagro" have temporarily suspended deliveries of their products to confectionery holding "United Confectioners" followed the delays in payment.

Agro holding "Rusagro" may invest from 1 to 10 billion rubles in sugar cluster in the Kursk region on the basis of assets of Kazakhstan's "Ivolga-Holding", the general director of the Russian company Maxim Basov has told.
BELARUS
According to the National Statistics Committee, Belarus has exported 139,000 tons of sugar in solid state (HS code 1701) in January-April 2015, which is 9.1% less than last year volume. The total cost equals US$ 80.61 million. The major volume of exports went to Russia – over than 109 000 tons.
