RUSSIA

The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan introduced a procedure for monitoring against OOO TD "Bashkirsky Sakhar" (OGRN 1080274009012, INN 0274133796).

In January 2018 Russia has exported 166.4 thousand tons of beet pulp. According to the results of 1 months of beet pulp export campaign, Russia has shipped out 166.4 thousand tons (in 2017 - 92.0 thousand MT; in 2016 - 67.1 thousand MT). In the period January, the main countries importers of beet pulp from Russia were LATVIA (30.59%) and NETHERLANDS (27.22%).
 

KAZAKHSTAN

According to the figures by Federal Customs Service of Kazakhstan, conducted by Sugar.Ru, in January 2018 the imports look like follows:

• The import of sugar (HS code 1701) has made 37.40 thousand tons (129.2% compared to the same period in 2017). In 2017 were imported 28.90 thousand tons sugar.
• The import of molasses (HS code 1703) has made 1.13 thousand tons (147% compared to the same period in 2017). In 2017 were imported 765.60 tons molasses.
• The import of sugar confectionery (HS code 1704) has made 2.65 thousand tons (94.7% compared to the same period in 2017). In 2017 were imported 2.79 thousand tons sugar confectionery.
• The import of water with sugar (HS code 2202) has made 6.81 million liters (2.1 times more than the same period of 2017). In 2017 were imported 3.18 million liters water with sugar.
