RUSSIA
The volume of raw sugar imports in the current year (excluding trade with the EAEU countries) amounted to 3.9 thousand tons (as of 06/13/2021). The volume of imports of white sugar to Russia (including trade with the EAEU countries) in January-April 2021, amounted to 39.0 thousand tons, the Ministry of Agriculture reports with reference to the Federal Customs Service.
UKRAINE
In January-May 2021, a total volume of 215198.1 tons of beet sugar was sold at an average price of UAH 16698.4/MT (RUR 447,421.93/MT at the average exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for 2021), according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
BELARUS
Sugar stocks with industrial enterprises amounted to 159.3 thousand tons as of June 1, 2021, which is 0.1% less than the volume of reserves as of the first day of last month, the National Statistics Service reports.
