RUSSIA
According to Soyuzrossahar, as of October 29 2019, the harvesting of sugar beets is carried out by the farms of the Southern, North Caucasian, Central and Volga federal districts.
Total acreage of 967.1 thousand ha was harvested (84.5% of the crop area) with an average yield of 45.5 MT/ha. In 2018, on this date, 1017.1 thousand ha were harvested, the yield amounted to 36.6 MT/ha.
More than 90 percent of the area was harvested in the Ryazan, Tambov regions and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

As of October 29, 2019, sugar beets were harvested from an area of 924.4 thousand ha or 80.7% of the area sown; 42.2 million tons of beets were collected (36.4 million tons in 2018) with a yield of 45.62 MT/ha (in 2018 – 36.44 MT/ha).
UKRAINE
According to Ukrstat data, processed by Sugar.Ru, the production of beet pulp in September 2019 has made 932648.0 MT (in September 2018 - 991262.0 MT). Total 932648 MT of beet pulp have been produced in January-September 2019 (in January-September 2018 - 991262 MT). The stocks of beet pulp increased to 429663,0 MT in September 2019 (+171.34% vs. previous month, -12.20% vs. September 2018 and -62.14% vs. December 2018).

According to Ukrstat data, processed by Sugar.Ru, the production of white sugar in September 2019 has made 216000.0 MT (in September 2018 - 263021.0 MT). Total 478684 MT of white sugar have been produced in January-September 2019 (in January-September 2018 - 1015064 MT). The stocks of white sugar increased to 208312,0 MT in September 2019 (+97.62% vs. previous month, +30.61% vs. September 2018 and -73.91% vs. December 2018).
BELARUS
By October 30, 2019, sugar beet was harvested from an area of 79.6 thousand hectares or 85.4% of the area sown (in 2018 - 86.6 thousand hectares), Sugar.Ru was informed in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus. About 3954.2 thousand MT (in 2018 - 4052.6 thousand MT) of beets were collected, with an average yield of 49.67 MT/ha (in 2018 – 46.79 MT/ha). The sugar content in beet in the republic is 16.78% versus 16.9% for the same date last year.

Sugar reserves with the industrial enterprises amounted to 104.3 thousand tons as of October 1, 2019, which is 4 times more than it was as of the first day of the last month, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus informed Sugar.Ru.
