RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated March 19, 2019, total 19 vessels have been nominated to carry 685994 MT of raw cane sugar in 2018-2019 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 633194 MT from 18 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.
UKRAINE
Domestic sugar consumption in Ukraine is estimated at 685 thousand tons in September-February 2018/2019 MY, according to the balances of the Economic Discussion Club (EDC).

BELARUS
According to the analysis of Statkom of the Republic of Belarus, conducted by Sugar.Ru, production of sugar decreased over the month by 99.56% in February 2019 and has made 0.1 thousand MT (in previous month - 22.7 thousand MT, in February 2018 - 0.0 thousand MT). Production of sugar by January-February 2019 decreased compared to the same period last year by 45,84% and has made 23 thousand MT (in 2018 - 42 thousand MT).
MOLDOVA
Moldavian agrarians have started sugar beets sowing season with 20 thousand hectares allotted for the crop this year – a thousand more than in 2018, according to Moldovan press.
UZBEKISTAN
The country has imported sugar worth $ 18.3 million in January-February. This is almost 81% less than in January-February 2018.
