RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated February 13, 2018, total 23 vessels have been nominated to carry 803520 MT of raw cane sugar in 2017/18 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 708020 MT from 20 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.
UKRAINE
According to the railway monitoring data by Sugar.Ru, Ukraine has delivered 20 thousand tons of white sugar transit Russia in January 2017. As well as for Russia, the main importer of Ukrainian sugar was Uzbekistan - 18.2 thousand tons.
