RUSSIA

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Sugar.ru, in October 2018 Russia has exported 207.9 thousand tons of beet pulp. According to the results of 10 months of beet pulp export campaign, Russia has shipped out 881.1 thousand tons (in 2017 - 670.1 thousand MT; in 2016 - 729.0 thousand MT). In the period January - October 2018, the main countries importers of beet pulp from Russia were Latvia (29.39%) and Netherlands (24.04%).

According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated December 11, 2018, total 13 vessels have been nominated to carry 471094 MT of raw cane sugar in 2018 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 408894 MT from 11 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.

UKRAINE

As of December 10, total volume of 11.64 million tons of beets was processed and 1574.0 thousand tons of sugar produced, 40 sugar factories operated during the season, Ukrtsukor reports.

In Vinnitsa region 2.5 million tons of sugar beet were processed an 315 thousand tons of sugar was produced in current season. About 700 thousand tons of sugar beet are subject to processing, according to the regional administration.

KYRGYZSTAN

According to the analysis of data by the Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, conducted by Sugar.Ru, for November 2018 average consumer sugar prices were 48.31 KGS / kg (-1.88% compared to the previous month, +0.85% YTD and -0.57% by November 2017) or 44.05 rubles / kg at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the middle of the reporting month.
