Perelyshinsky sugar plant is included in the actual list of organizations that have the advantage of state support during the reconstruction by its owners. The purpose of modernization is to increase the DC on beet to 6,000 tons per day. Investments in the project are estimated at 1.566 billion rubles, and the projected implementation period is 2021.


The Ministry of Antimonopoly Development and Trade has set prices for natural gas for sugar producers at the level of Br496.87 (about 15809 rubles) per 1,000 cubic meters.


In June 2018, the average consumer price of sugar dropped by 2.2%, and in annual terms (June 2018 vs. June 2017) - consumer prices for sugar decreased by 12.6%, according to Armstat.


According to the analysis of the data of the State Fiscal Service, in May 2018, the export of sugar (the HS code 1701) was 205900 tons, from the beginning of 2018 - 259,852 tons (in January-May 2017 - 387,973 tons). The main importers of sugar in January-May 2018 from Ukraine are: Uzbekistan (41.8%), Turkey (14.9%) and Great Britain (8.4%).
