RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated March 15, 2016, total 51 vessels have been nominated to carry 1 679 800 MT of raw cane sugar in 2015/2016 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 1 540 300 MT from 47 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.
UKRAINE
According to the forecast of sugar balance the supply of the commodity to the domestic market makes 2.1 million tons, which exceeds the demand, estimated at 1.6 million tons, said Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Elena Kovaleva. As of March 11, 2016 the state controlled "Agrarian Fund" has sold about 11 thousand tons of sugar, which is 0.7% of the total demand of the domestic market in the 2015/2016 marketing year. The sales price of sugar offered by GSBU "Agrarian Fund" makes UAH 11.28/kg.

Ukrainian agricultural enterprises (excluding the Crimea and Sevastopol), have traded sugar at average UAH 9633/ton without VAT in 2015, according to state service statistics.
BELARUS
According to the State Service Statistics Committee (Statcom) the consumer prices for sugar have increased by 1.78% in February 2016; from the beginning of the year - by 8.65%.
