RUSSIA

Bank "Intesa" in Vladivostok has opened a revolving credit line totalling RUR 125 million in the name of "Primorsky Sakhar” LLC (Russia’s Far East sugar producer).

Group of Companies "Rusagro" may acquire the assets of the holding "Oriole-Center" (Kursk region), and set up the industrial sugar cluster in Kursk region, comparable in scale to the Tambov and Belgorod projects of the Group, the C.E.O. of GC "Rusagro" Maxim Basov has announced.

The resolution №219 dated 15.06.2015, issued by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, sets the volume of sugar quota "A" at 1 720 000 tons (for turnover in domestic market) during the period from September 1, 2015 to September 1, 2016. The distribution by region looks as follows:

BELARUS

Domestic food prices grew by 0.4% in May 2015 in Minsk, the most substantial increase in prices is shown by sugar – up by 8.4%, reports the Statistical Office of Minsk.
