The gross harvest of beet amounted to 302 thousand tons, with average yield of 23.0 MT/ha. In the Ulyanovsk region, sugar beets were harvested from 3.8 thousand hectares (35%), the gross harvest was 98 thousand tons with a yield of 26.11 MT/ha.
