RUSSIA
According to Soyuzrossahar, as of November 30, 2020, total 918.3 thousand hectares of crops (99.0% of the crop acreage) were harvested and 33.45 million tons of sugar beet collected. The yield of sugar beet makes 36.2 MT/ha against 46.9 MT/ha last season, which is 22.7% less.
UKRAINE
As of November 30, 2020 Ukrainian agricultural producers have harvested 9 million tons of sugar beet from 212.2 thousand hectares (98% of the forecast), according to the Information and Analytical Portal of the APK of Ukraine. According to "Ukrtsukor", as of December 1, 2020 the country has produced 879.9 thousand tons of sugar and processed 6.63 million tons of sugar beet.
