RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated August 27, 2019, total 11 vessels have been nominated to carry 355250 MT of raw cane sugar in 2019 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 292350 MT from 9 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.

As of August 26, 2019, sugar beet was harvested an area of 68.7 thousand ha or 6% of the crop acreage (in 2018 - 42.9 thousand ha) with 3 million tons of sugar beet collected (in 2018 - 1, 4 million tons) at an average yield of 43.43 MT/ha (in 2018 – 33.57 MT/ha), the Ministry of Agriculture reports. Beet processing has started in Belgorod, Penza, Kursk regions and the Republic of Tatarstan.
BELARUS
Sugar stocks with the industrial enterprises in the Republic of Belarus amounted to 71.1 thousand tons as of August 1, 2019, which is 36.3% less than as of the first day of the last month, the National Statistic Service reports.
