RUSSIA
According to Tambov statistics department, the regional agricultural companies have sold 277.4 thousand tons of sugar beet in January 2018 (+219.3 thousand tons (4.8 times) by January 2017), including sugar in terms of raw materials.

The regional Ministry of Agriculture of the Ryazan reports that total volume of 352.7 thousand tons of sugar beet (+13.3 thousand tons by 2016) was harvested in the region in 2017. The average field yield is 46.34 MT/ha.
KAZAKHSTAN
According to the analysis of figures by Statkom of Kazakhstan, conducted by Sugar.Ru, production of sugar and molasses decreased over the month by 12.21% and has made 41854.0 tons in January 2018 (in the previous month - 47677.0 tons, in January 2017 - 38635.0 tons, in January 2016 - 35472.0 tons).
