RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated July 18, 2017, total 14 vessels have been nominated to carry 503110 MT of raw cane sugar in 2017 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 323910 MT from 9 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.
BELARUS
According to the rail cargo monitoring data by Sugar.Ru, the export of Belarusian sugar to Russia and CIS countries significantly decreased in July. If in June the volume of refined sugar supplied to Russia has made 24.7 thousand tons, then in 18 days of July - only 8.6 thousand tons. Belarus shipped 23,200 tons of white sugar transit Russia in June, and only 5,600 tons in 18 days of July. The fall in exports is observed for all destinations, thus, with the tendency remaining until the end of the month, only a quarter of June volume of sugar will be delivered to Azerbaijan in July.
