The ruble Moscow wholesale price for sugar fell by 1.50 rubles per kilogram (-3.25%), the Krasnodar wholesale price decreased by 1.50 rub/kg (-3.49%). Dollar wholesale Moscow sugar price fell by $ 0.038/kg (-4.90%), the wholesale Krasnodar price dropped by $ 0.037/kg (-5.12%).
UKRAINE
According to Ukrstat, on July 10, 2017 the average consumer price of sugar in Ukraine was 16.27 UAH / kg (37.76 rubles / kg at the Central Bank exchange rate for the reporting day), which is -0.37% less than the price for the previous date of observation (10 days ago). For the year (vs. June 30, 2016) sugar has grown in price by 13.51%, for two years (vs. July 10, 2015) the price of sugar has grown by 11.53%. The highest prices are observed in the Luhansk region -17.39 UAH / kg, the lowest - in the Lviv region, 15.63 UAH / kg.
KYRGYZSTAN
According to Statkom, average consumer sugar prices were 55.40 KGS / kg in June 2017 (+3.23% compared to the previous month, + 3.42% YTD and + 1.33% as of June 2016) which makes RUR 46.16/kg at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the middle of the reporting month
AZERBAIJAN
The President of Azerbaijan has instructed the government to implement a set of measures to expand the acreage of potatoes, soybeans and sugar beet.
