"Zainsky sugar" has finished production season 2016, with over 900 thousand tons of sugar beet processed and 136 thousand tons of sugar produced.

According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated December 27, 2016, total 44 vessels have been nominated to carry 1462950 MT of raw cane sugar in 2016 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 1224300 MT from 37 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.
UKRAINE
Ukrainian agricultural companies sold sugar at average price of UAH 11064.2/ton excluding VAT, in November 2016, according Ukrstat. Compared to November 2015, the price of sugar from producers has increased by 22.7%.
BELARUS
Sugar stocks with the industrial enterprises amounted to 304.5 thousand tons as of December 1, 2016, which is 51.5% more than it was on November 1, 2016, according to STATCOM.
TURKMENISTAN
Turkmenistan plans to increase the production of sugar in the country from the current 11 000 tons to 131 thousand tons per year by the end of 2018, due to the launch of the new plant for the production of sugar with the annual capacity of 120 thousand tons.
