RUSSIA
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, sugar beet was harvested from the area of 398.8 thousand ha or 35.9% of the crop area by September 29 (in 2015 – 446.6 thousand hectares). Bulk harvest makes 17.2 million tons (in 2015 – 16.9 million tons), with the average yield 43.23 MT/ha (in 2015 – 37.87 MT/ha).

According Soyuzrossakhar’s report dated September 30, Russia has processed 12.5 ml. tons of sugar beet (11.8 million tons in 2015) and has produced 1.6 ml. tons (1.7 mln. tons in 2015) of beet sugar.

According to the analysis of the FCS customs declarations for August 2016, Russia has exported 53.4 thousand MT of pulp to countries outside the Customs Union. Total of export pulp from Russia in 8 months has made 340.0 thousand tons (in 2015 - 257.5 thousand tons, in 2014 - 263.6 thousand tons.). In the period January - August 2016, the main countries importing pulp from Russia were Latvia (28.08%) and the Netherlands (26.73%). The largest exporters of pulp in the same period are "Trading House SODRUZHESTVO" (11.30%) and "Trade House DOMINANT" (8.89%).
BELARUS
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, sugar beet was harvested from an area of 34.4 thousand hectares or 36.4% of the crop area by September 30, 2016 (in 2015 - 34,8 thousand hectares). Bulk harvest has made 1395.5 thousand tons (in 2015 - 948 thousand tons), with average yields of 40.53 MT/ha (in 2015 – 27.27 MT/ha). Sucrose content in beet is 16.97% (17.42% on the same date in 2015).

Mogilev region grows sugar beet for the first time. Beet is grown at 700 hectares and is manufactured by 10 local farms. Now they harvest sugar beet twenty-four hours reaching average yield of over 40.0 MT/ha, reports BelTA.
UKRAINE
According to "Ukrtsukor" report, the national sugar plants have processed 2855,5 thousand tons of sugar beet and have produced 337,1 thousand tons of sugar , from the beginning of the season and by September 29, 2016
