RUSSIA
According to the figures by Williams Brasil dated August 2, 2016, total 30 vessels have been nominated to carry 1 028 150 MT of raw cane sugar in 2016 season from Brazilian seaports to the Black/Baltic seaports with end-receivers in CIS, Georgia and Baltic states. As of today, the volume received and unloaded makes 709 150 MT from 21 vessels, based on Sugar.ru data.

According Soyuzrossakhar, Livensky sugar factory began processing sugar beet on July31. As of today 10 000 tons of sugar beet was accepted including 4500 tons processed with the first 200 tons of sugar produced. The plant is expected to receive up to 560 thousand tons of sugar beet this season.

The average consumer price for sugar has made 53.87 rubles per 1 kg in June 2016, which is 1.2 rubles higher than a month ago, according to Rosstat.
KAZAKHSTAN
According to the National statistic committee of Kazakhstan, domestic sugar prices from manufacturers have grown by 3.8% in July 2016; while from the beginning of the year the price of sugar from producers has added 23.8%.
