RUSSIA
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the wholesale price of sugar has increased by 1.5%, retail - by 1.7% from June 28 to July 4, 2016. "NCSP Group" (Novorossiysk commercial seaport) reports that in the first half of the year the transhipment of raw sugar amounted to 391,000 tons that is 192,000 tons less, or 33% compared to 2015 season.
UKRAINE
Agricultural enterprises of Ukraine (excluding those in the Crimea and Sevastopol) have traded total 26 000 MT of sugar in May, which is 16% more than in April 2016, reported the State Statistics Committee. In January-May, the volume of sugar sold by agricultural enterprises has made 113.2 thousand tons of sugar, which is 71% less than in the same period of 2015. In April, the farmers sold 22.4 thousand tons of sugar.

The national sugar mills sell sugar at wholesale price of UAH 12.70-13.20/kg as of July 12 (RUR 32.66- 33.95/kg at the current rate), which is practically at the same level as last week, Ukrtsukor reports.
KYRGYZSTAN
Consumer prices for sugar have decreased by 1.3% in June 2016; from the beginning of 2016 by 3.7%, and have increased by 6.5% on year on year basis (June 2015-2016).
TAJIKISTAN
According to railway monitoring data by Sugar.Ru, in six months of 2016 Tajikistan has received 3100 tons of sugar (in 2015 - 8300 tons) transit Russia by rail. The main supplier of sugar is Slutsk sugar refinery (Belarus).
